Heart / Vascular Age (Framingham 10-Year CVD Risk)
What this does
- Computes Framingham “General CVD” 10-year risk using the official Framingham Heart Study calculator.
- Shows “Normal” and “Optimal” reference risks for your age/sex.
- Computes Heart/Vascular Age by inverting risk against the “Normal” reference profile (official definition).
Official bounds: 30–74.
Official bounds: 90–200.

Official bounds: 10–100.
What is heart/vascular age?
The Framingham Heart Study calculator computes a 10-year “general cardiovascular disease” risk estimate, and derives a heart/vascular age by inverting that risk against a fixed “normal” reference profile. This page is educational and should not be used as medical advice.
